Zhejiang Risong Tubing Company Ltd. is one of the earliest enterprises that manufacture PE, PP-R pipes and fittings in China. Founded in 1998, the Company has introduced advanced technologies and equipment as well as the management philosophy from overseas and is dedicated to production and sales of HDPE, MDPE, PP-R pipes and fitting. Located in the famous historical and cultural city- Shaoxing, the Company owns a floor space of more than 20,000m2 and a workshop area of 12,000m2.
The Company has two workshops. The pipe production workshop now has 10 production lines, 7 of which are for PE pipes of diameters range from Ф20-Ф400 while 3 are for PP-R pipes of diameters range from Ф16-Ф160. The annual production capacity of pipes is around 4,000 tons. The pipe-fitting production workshop produces PE and PP-R pipe-fittings. Up to now, more than 400 types of PE pipe-fittings have been developed to meet the demands of different clients. The injection molding machines are available for specifications of 200grams to 36,000grams, with an annual production capacity of 1,500tons. At present, the Company is gradually developing the Electro-fusion PE pipe-fittings. Besides, the Company has set up a mould design center, forming a complete production process from mould design, development, processing to plastic-injection, to enhance the competitiveness of the products.
From the day of establishment till now, the Company has established and optimized a complete set of quality and after-service assurance system. On basis of the IOS9002 Quality Certification, the Company has upgraded its quality assurance system to ISO9001 in 2003. The pipes and fittings produced, as tested by the inspection and testing organizations of the national, provincial and municipal levels, have reached the GB15558.2-1995 standard in all indexes.
